Who this is about

Collaborify Task is a design production service. This page explains what data the site collects, why, and who it goes to. Support: support@collaborifytask.com

What we collect

When you place an order: your email address, the brief you fill in, and any files you attach to it. When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email, subject and message. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no registration.

Why we need it

The email is how we send the finished file and the order status — there is no other delivery channel. The brief and the attached files are what the designer works from. Contact form data is used to answer you and for nothing else.

Who else sees it

The designer assigned to your task sees the brief and the files, because the work cannot be done otherwise. Payment is handled by our payment provider, which receives what it needs to process the transaction — we never see or store your card details. If you allowed analytics cookies, anonymised usage statistics go to Google. We do not sell data and do not pass it to anyone else.

Cookies and local storage

Without your consent the site stores only two things in your browser: the language you picked and your answer to the cookie banner. Neither identifies you. Analytics cookies are set only after you press Accept, and you can decline — the site works exactly the same either way.

How long we keep it

Order data and files are kept for as long as needed to complete the work and handle any claims about it. After that they are deleted. Correspondence is kept while the question is open.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@collaborifytask.com and we will answer.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
