Cancelling an order

An order cannot be cancelled once it is sent. At that moment the tokens are charged and the task goes into production. This is why the order card asks for one confirmation before sending — that screen is the point to check the brief, the files and the price.

Tokens you have bought

Tokens are not refunded after purchase. They do not expire and they are not tied to a subscription period, so an unspent balance stays on the account under your email and can be used later.

Tokens you have spent

Tokens spent on an order are not returned, before or after the work is delivered.

If the result does not match the brief

Two revisions are included in the price, within the brief you submitted. An additional revision costs a fifth of the order, from 6 to 15 tokens.

Style and references

If no reference was attached to the order, the studio chooses the style, and comments about the style do not count as a mismatch with the brief. Attaching a reference is the way to make style part of the task.
